Refund Policy

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: Eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Not eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows: Not eligible for a refund.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.​

2. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may only be used for ValPals Rent services.

  • They do not expire and can be transferred to another person.

3. Service Limitations & Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on external factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, landlord decisions, or apartment availability.

  • If ValPals Rent is unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
