1. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: Eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Not eligible for a refund.

No-shows: Not eligible for a refund.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.​
2. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may only be used for ValPals Rent services.

They do not expire and can be transferred to another person.
3. Service Limitations & Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on external factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, landlord decisions, or apartment availability.

If ValPals Rent is unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
